Sanjay Dutt's daughter Trishala Dutt has been pretty vocal on various sensitive issues through her social media accounts. Earlier today, Trishala had organised a QnA session for all her fans on Instagram. During the same, she was quizzed about her father Sanjay Dutt's past drug addiction and her boyfriend's unfortunate death and poured her heart out. One of the fans also asked Trishala to share her two cents for those feeling judged for having safe but casual sex. A psychologist by profession, Dutt had a pretty sensible response.
The anonymous fan in question asked, "I feel judged for having casual (safe) sex. Help?" Trishala replied saying, "Judged by who? Explore your own judgments too to see if any of it might be coming from you. Check your belief systems around sex. We all get this as we grow up - the stories around it, what's right vs wrong, etc. Work towards an empowered stance and integration of new beliefs for yourself! Maybe you once thought or judged one thing and feel differently now."

Opening up on her father's struggle with past drug addiction, Trishala wrote, "When it comes to my father’s past drug use, he will always be in recovery. It’s a disease he has to fight every.single.day. Even though he’s not using anymore. I’m proud of my father for admitting he had a problem, taking initiative and seeking help for it. There is nothing, not a damn thing, to be ashamed about.”
